ORDINANCE N0. 3264 <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $49000.00 FROM <br />ACCOUNT B 14A UNDER THE OFFICE OF CONTROLLER TO AC* <br />COUNT L 15 UNDER ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT TO DOVER <br />COST OF PREPARING APPLICATIONS FOR P. W, A.'GRANTS <br />AND W. P. A. PROTECTS WHICH HAVE BEEN DEEMED AS AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />Section I - That the sum of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000,00) <br />be and the same is hereby transferred from account B 14 A un- <br />der the Office of City Controller to account L 15 under the <br />Engineering Department to cover the cost of preparing applica- <br />tions for P. W, A, grants and W. P. A.
