ORDINANCE NO-. 3266 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATINGf THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY -FIVE DOLLARS ($1,165,00) TO THE VAR-- IOUS ACCOUNTS OF THE'PARS BOARD FROM MONIES ALREADY APPROPRIATED TO.ACCOUNT 10. 321, FUEL & OIL, OF WHICH AMOUNT ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($12200.00) WILL NOT BE NEEDED DURING BALANCE OF THE YEAR 1935.6 Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I - That the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250,00) be and the same is hereby appropriated to account #263, Other Contractual Se vice of the Park Maintenance Fund,, SECTION II — That the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) Be and the same is hereby appropriated to account #214, Telephone and Telegraph of the Park Maintenance Fund. SEC TION III -- That the sum of Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars (#350.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated to account 47261, Tools and Machinery of the Park Maintenance Fundq SECTION IV - That the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50,00) be and the same is hereby appropriated to account 4252, Repairs of Equipment of the Park Maintenance Fund, SECTION V - That the sum of Fifteen Dollars 015,00) be and the same is hereby appropriated to account #262, Laboratory Service of the Park Maintenance Fund„ SECTION VI - That the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) be and q the same is hereby appropriated to aoco mt 422, Electric Current Of the Park Maintenance Fund„ SECTION VII This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, legal publication, public hearing, signature by the Mayor, and approval by the State Tax.
