ORDINANCE NO. 3 'y -1-'1 -:N ORDIN`kJCE FI "ING THE TAX LEVY FOR THE YEAR 1938 FOR TH3 MUNICIPAL CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH B73ND, INDIANA. Section 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That there be and hereby is levied the following amounts for the year 1938 on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of assessed valuation of property in the City of South Bend, Indiana, as fixed by the dfficers of St. Joseph County and the State of Indiana, for the objects named: on every male inhabitant of said City, sane and not a pauper, of the age of 'Twenty -One years and not over the age of nifty years.
