GRADE B Public Eating Establishments. <br />A public eating establishment which is found by the City <br />Food Inspector to have violated on two successive in- <br />spections any of the following items of sanitation re- <br />quired for Grade A public eating establishments, namely, <br />1,2,3,4,8,12;18, or 19, shall be required immediately <br />after the second inspection to display a Grade B <br />notice. Said Grade B notice shall be displayed until <br />at least two further inspections show that the violated <br />item or items of sanitation have been complied with; <br />Provided further, that the license of said public eat- <br />ing establishment may be revoked by the Director of <br />Public Health, as provided for in Section 3 of this <br />ordinance, if the violated items of sanitation are <br />not complied with within a reasonable period of time. <br />GRADE C Public Eating Establishments. <br />A restaurant which is found by the City Food Inspector <br />to have violated on two successive inspections any <br />of the following items of sanitation required for <br />Grade A Public eating establishments, namely 5,6, <br />7,9,10,11,13,14,15,16,17,20 or 21, shall be required <br />immediately after the second inspection to display a <br />Grade C notice. Said Grade C notice shall be dis- <br />played until at least two further inspections show <br />that the violated item or items of sanitation have <br />been complied with; Provided Further, that the <br />license of said public eating establishment may be <br />revoked by the Director of Public Health, as pro- <br />vided for in Section 3 of this ordinance if the <br />violated items of sanitation are not complied with <br />within a reasonable length of time. <br />A public eating establishment receiving a <br />Grade A notice on three successive inspections <br />shall receive a Certificate of Excellence from the <br />Department of Public Health. <br />Page 10 <br />Grade B <br />JFStatbLlsh#"et, <br />_ P - 41{ c <br />.e-sya b Lrs<i rrretz �S <br />
