ORDINANCE # 3239 AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF FIVE HUNDRED TEN DOLLARS AND SEVENTY CENTS (510.70) FROM ONE DE- PARTS +?ENT UNDER THE BOARD OF HEALTH TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT UNDER THE BOARD OF HEALTH. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION 1. That the sum of Two Hundred Forty -Five Dollars and seventy cents (.$245.70) be transferred from Account T -9 for contractual service under the Board of Health to Account T -17 under the Board of Health, the account for office supplies and equipment. SECTION 2. That the sum of One Hundred Sixty -Five Dollars ($165.00) be transferred from Account U -1 under the Board of Health for balance of salary at Isolation Hospital to T -17 under the Board of Health, the account for office supplies. SECTION 3. That the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) be transferred from the Account U -5 for contractual service at Isolation Hospital be transferred to Account T -17 under the Board of Health for office supplies and equipment. SECTION 49 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after legal notice, public hearing, passage of the Council, approval by the Mayor and the State Tax Board.
