ORDINANCE # 3241 <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS <br />J$200.00) FROM ONE ACCOUNT UNDER THE CITY JUDGES TO <br />ANOTHER ACCOUNT UNDER THE CITY JUDGES FOR THE <br />PAYMENT OF SPECIAL JUDGES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION 1. That the sum of Two Hundred Dollars <br />($200.00) be and the same is hereby transferred from Account <br />E- 5A,the same being the account for juries under the City <br />Judges Account, to Account E -5, the sale being the account for <br />special judges under the City Judge's Office for the payment <br />of special judges used during the year 1937. <br />SECTION 2.
