Section 7. It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, or <br />firm or Corporation to operate, conduct or maintain a barber shop <br />or any place wherein barbering is done for revenue, pay, free or <br />otherwise, to pgovent a free and unobstructed view from the outside <br />such barber shop by the use of blinds, shades, screens, painted or <br />frosted glass, or any ether device. <br />Section 8.
