ORDINANCE # 3 2 Z <br />AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE USEJf(DISTRICTS AS TO CERTAIN <br />LOTS IN KIRBYTS SUBDIVISION. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend: <br />Section 1. That Lots 1, 2, 3 and 8 in Kirby's <br />Subdivision of Lot 83 State Bank Outlots Second Addition <br />to the City of South Bend be changed from Commercial use <br />to a Light Industrial use district, and that Ordinance #2331 <br />be amended to conform with this change of use, and that the <br />height and area district remain the same as at present. <br />Section 2.
