(3) months from the date of the introduction of this ordinance <br />and the purchase of materials, equipment and other supplies nec- <br />essary to furnish the sponsor's share of said project in contem- <br />plation of the terms of said agreement shall be in line with the <br />amount of money so received by the Oontrller of the City of South <br />Bend from the Auditor of St. Joseph County in accordance with the <br />terms of the agreement referred to above. <br />SECTION 3. It is specifically stipulated that the Controll- <br />er shall provide the Council with a monthly statement of expen- <br />ditures and commitments made from all funds for W. P. A. projects <br />according to projects. <br />SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and ef- <br />fect from and after its passage, approval of the Mayor, legal <br />publication and approval by the State Tax Board. <br />Fred G.
