�I II <br />ORDINIZOE NO. -' <br />An ordinance eppropriating moneys for the purpose of de- <br />f rayi:,g the expenses of the several departments of the city <br />government of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the fiscal <br />year beginning January 1, 1940, and ending December 31, 1940,' <br />including all outstanding claims and obligations, and fixing <br />a time iahen the s<_me shell take effect. <br />section 1. <br />Be it ordained by the Comecon Council'o£ the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana: <br />That for the expenses of the city government and its in- <br />stitutions, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1940, the <br />follo,iing sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered <br />set apart out of the funds herein named and for the purposes <br />I <br />erein specified, subject to the laws governing the same.
