ORDINANCE NO. 3a 8 6 CHANGING NAME OF <br />NINETEENTH STREET TO ELLSWORTH PLACE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA, <br />Sec. 1. That the name of Nineteenth Street, which now lies <br />one (1) block East of GreenlavmAvenue, in the city of South Bend, <br />Indiana, and extends from Wilson Avenue on the South to Colfax Avenue <br />on the North, be changed to Ellsworth Place. <br />Sec. 2.
