INDIANA: <br />AN ORDINANCE AT &LADING ORDINANCE <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COR+II!ION COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BIND, <br />Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2571, which was an <br />amendment to Section 37 (a) of Article III of Ordinance No.2243, be amended <br />to read as follows: <br />"Fees for Permits. The fees charged for the issuing of permits <br />by the Building Department, not otherwise provided for in this <br />Code, shall be paid at the time the permit is issued and shall <br />be as follows: <br />For Buildings of Type 1 the fee shall be 30 cents for each <br />1,000 cubic feet, plus $1.00. <br />For buildings of Tupes 2, 3, and 4 the fee shall be 25 cents <br />for each 1,000 cubic feet, plus $1.00. <br />For buildings of Type 5 the fee shall be 25 cents for each 100 <br />square feet of usable floor area, plus $1.00. <br />For open shelter sheds the fee shall be S cents for each 100 <br />square feet of ground area, plus ;$1.00. <br />For furnace, boiler and boiler burner installations the fee <br />shall be $g.00. <br />�P -V,Vy `er roof repaiWhe fee shall be 75V for each $500.00, or <br />fractional part thereof of the cost of said repair. <br />For alterations and repairs not otherwise provided for, for tanks, <br />platforms, stacks and other miscellaneous building not included in <br />the preceding schedule, the fee shall be 75 cents for each $500.00 <br />or fraction of the cost. <br />The fee for wrecking operations shall be $2.00 unless the permit <br />to erect new building on the site of the building to be wrecked is <br />taken out at the same time as the wrecking permit, in which event <br />there will be no fee for the wrecking permit. <br />The fee for change of classification of building shall be 50 cents. <br />The fee for permit to install elevator shall be $5.00. <br />The fee for permit for signs, signboards and billboards shall be <br />at the rate of 75 cents for each 25 lineal feet or fraction thereof. <br />The fee for permit for banner signs shall be $1.00 each. <br />The fee for the, construction of sky signs shall be $10.00 for the <br />first 500 square feet or fraction thereof, and two cents for each <br />additional square foot above 500 on the readable side. <br />—1— <br />
