ORDINANCE NO. �Y IVE TO THE SALE OF THE WHET S , the City of South Bend, Indiana and the Northern Indiana Railway, Inc. have entered into a contract for the removal of the street car service on the Northside - ', %'ishawaka line and South Michigan Street line, and the substitution of bus service therefor, and WHEREAS by the terms of said contract the Northern Indiana Railway, Inc. gave to the city of South Bend, the steel rails constituting the track on the South Michigan Street line from the intersection of Broadway and South Llichigan Street to the end of said line, and the rails on the Northside - Piiishawaka line from the intersection of Hill Street and Jefferson Boulevard to the Mishawaka city limits, on Mishawaka Avenue, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMPON COUNCIL of the City of South Bend, Indiana, ° Setion lq:.
