THE CITY CLERK AND <br />APPROP!2IATING THE SAID STA FO-E-, THE PURCHASE <br />OF OFFICIAL RECORDS. <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the city <br />of South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section I. That there be and there is hereby <br />transferred from the account identified as B -14-A in the <br />city's ledger of disbursements, being further identified <br />as the contingency fund in the appropriation for the <br />Comptroller's office to the account identified as "Official <br />Records" in the appropriation for the City Clerk the sum <br />of 5115.00 and appropriating the said sum for the purchase <br />of official records and authorizing t )xe use of the said <br />amount for the said purpose. <br />Section II.
