oRDINANCE N0. 02 <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1275 <br />ADOPTED AUGUST 27th, 1904, AND ENTITLED <br />"AN ORDINANCE COMPELLING THE SHELTERING <br />AND COVERING OF SCALES - <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council'of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1275 adopted August <br />27th, 1904, and entitled "An Ordinance compelling the sheltering <br />and covering of scales" be and the same is hereby repealed. <br />Section 2.
