ORDINANCE NO. 3314 <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND CON- <br />VEYANCE-OF CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY BELONG- <br />ING TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />WITHOUT APPRAISELMNT. <br />WHEREAS, it is shown to the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend., Indiana, that the personal property <br />hereinafter more fully described doea not exceed in value <br />the sum of one hundred ($100.00) dollars, Now) Therefore,, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C01v1UON COUNCIL" OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1. That the Board of Public Works and <br />Safety of the city of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same <br />is hereby authorized to sell, for cash, six (6) garbage <br />hoppers or boxes, each equipped with a hand hoist, which <br />personal property belongs to the city of South Band. <br />Section II. That the said personal property <br />may be sold without an appraisement. <br />Section III.
