ORDINANCE NO. 33/ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUT-iORIZING THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE <br />OF CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY BELONGING TO THE <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />WITHOUT APPRAISEMENT. <br />WHEREAS, the Fire Department of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, owns One (1) HALE 600 Gallon Capacity Pump, <br />that has been removed from the Fire Department equipment <br />and is not now being used by the Fire Department, and said <br />Pump is in value not to exceed One Hundred Dollars (1100.00) <br />NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TIC COMIS;ION <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the Board of Public Works and <br />Safety of t he City of South Bend, Indiana, b e, and the same <br />is hereby authorized, to sell for cash One (1) HALE 600 <br />Gallon Capacity Pump, now owned by the Fire Department of <br />said City. <br />SECTION II. That said personal property shall <br />be sold without appraisal. <br />SECTION III. That this Ordinance shall b 4in full <br />force and effect from and after its passage and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br />2.
