'- <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3319 <br />AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC <br />CONTROL SIGNALS AT THE INTERSECTION OF ViiASHINGTON <br />STREET AND WALNUT STREET. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That corner type three lens traffic <br />control signals be installed at the intersection of Washington <br />Street and Walnut Street in the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />for the purpose of controlling traffic passing over said <br />streets at their intersection. <br />SECTION II.
