ORDINANCE N0. LL3O 0 <br />Indiana: <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />SECTION I. That a contract entered into by and between the <br />Lj <br />Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, and the <br />Moretrench Corporation of Rockaway, New Jersey, on the 2nd day of August, <br />19409 by the terms of which the Moretrench Corporation agreed to furnish the <br />City of South Bend one (1) Model C Moretrench conveying excavator on a rental <br />basis, at a monthly rental price of $500.00, with a provision that when the <br />total of $9,025a00 has been paid as rental on said machine, that the <br />Moretrench Corporation shall then transfer title to said machine to the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, a copy of which contract is attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof by reference; be and the same hereby is in all <br />things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />SECTION II.
