ORDINANCE NO. 3 3 3 3 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $440.00 TO THE <br />SPECIAL BARRETT LAW BOND ACCOUNT OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND TRANSFERRING SAID <br />SUM FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, TO SAID ACCOUNT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF;.SOUTH BEND, III ?DIANA: <br />SECTION l That the sum of $440.00 be, and <br />the same is`. hereby : appropriated to the Special Barrett <br />Law Bond Account af_ the city of South Bend, Indiana, <br />for expenses connected with the hiring of a clerk or <br />clerks. <br />SECTION 2'. The sum of $440.00 be, and the <br />same is hereby transferred from the General Fund of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Special Barrett Law <br />Bond Account of the city of South Bend, Indiana, for <br />the purposes set forth in Section One (1) hereof. <br />SECTION 3.
