-3340 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND RATIFYING TWO CONTRACTS MADE AND ENTERED INTO ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND INDIANA, BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF SAID CITY. WHEREAS, on the 27th day of January, 1941, the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, executed, for and on behalf of said City, a con- tract with the Galion Iron Works and Manufacturing Company, for the purchase of One (1) Galion Model 201 Motor Grader, all in accordance with the terms and specifications of a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part of this Ordinance, and WHEREAS, on the 27th day of January, 1941, the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, made and executed, on behalf of said City, a contract with the American- LaFrance- Foamite Corporation, for the purchase of One (1) Fire,Engine, all in accordance with the terms of a contract, a,_ y of which is attached hereto and made a e '" part of this xxihance ogether with certain specifications submitted by A C'po�on.
