skating rinks or restaurants operated and maintained in said amuse- <br />ment parks from the operation of particular ordinances of said <br />City now in force and effect, prescribing license and permit fees <br />therefor. <br />Section 5. No provisions of this ordinance shall be so <br />construed so as to prevent the holding of any fair, bazaar, perform- <br />ance, concert or entertainment, the,profits of which are to be <br />devoted exclusively to any religious, charitable, literary or <br />scientific purpose, without license therefor. <br />Section 6. No person, firm or corporation to whom any license <br />may have been granted under the provisions of this ordinance shall <br />conduct or maintain any such amusement park or any such performance, <br />show, exhibition or concession in an indecent or immoral manner. For <br />any violation of this provision, said license may be revoked and the <br />offender shall be subject to the penalty hereinafter provided. <br />Section 7. No license granted under the provisions of <br />this ordinance shall be transferable. <br />Section 8. All ordinances regulating and licensing amuse- <br />ment parks in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. It is express- <br />ly ordained that licenses heretofore granted by said City under then <br />existing ordinances shall be good and valid till the time of ex- <br />piration of such licenses. <br />Section 9. Any person, firm or corporation violating any <br />provisions of this ordinance shall be fined in any sum not exceeding <br />One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars and each day of violation shall consti- <br />tute 'a separate offense. <br />Section 10.
