ORDINANCE NO. 3 7 'J z <br />AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE SPONSORSHIP OF ff. <br />A. PROJECTS, BUDGETARY ITEM PROVIDED FOR IN <br />THE 1941 BUDGET OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC <br />PARKS FOR THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />Sedtion 1. That the appropriation for Sponsorship of W. P.
