ORDINANCE NO .I-1V/1.S Aw'ENDH) <br />�J <br />An ordinance appropriating money for the purpose of de. <br />fraying the expenses of the several departments of the city govern• <br />ment of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the fiscal year <br />beginning Tanuary 1. 1941 and ending December 31, 1941, including <br />all outstanding claims and obligations, and fixing a time when <br />the same shall take effect. <br />Section 1. <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Band, Indiana: <br />That for the expenses of the city government and its <br />institutions, for the fiscal. year ending December ;1,1941 the <br />following sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set <br />apart out of the funds herein named and for the purposes herein <br />speoifieo, subject to the laws governing the same, Such sums <br />herein appropriated shall be hold to include all expenditures <br />authorized to be made 4uring the year, unless . otherwise expressly <br />stipulated and ,provided by law. <br />Sect lo n _$. <br />That for the said fiscal year there is hereby approp. <br />ri3ted out of the "general fund" of s"d city, the'rollowing: <br />DEPARTWMT.CF FINANCE <br />Detailed Olassification <br />Office of Mayor <br />1.
