AN ORDINANCE FOR THE EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION OF $10,000.00, AND FOR THE TRANSFER THEREOF FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BENi.`a� TO AN ACCOUNT KNOWN AS I -16A, BEING THE "OTHER EQUIPMENT" ACCOUNT OF THE STREET DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. 6sa).� ?,45 WHEREAS, the existing equipment of the Street Department of the City of South Bend, Indiana has become inadequate to enable the said Department to fulfill its legal duties; and WHEREAS, it is desirable and urgently necessary that new equipment be obtained by the City of South Bend, Indiana for the use by the Street Department thereof.
