ORDINANCE NO. 313 �� . .\ <br />AN ORDINANCE APPRORRIATING MONIESFOR 'THE PURPOSE OF DE- / <br />FRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE POLICEI,1ENIS PENSION FUND OF <br />THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIA'•A, <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNINC JANUARY 1, 1942, and ENDING <br />DECEMBER 31, 1942, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTk1,1DING CLAIMS AND <br />OBLIGATIONS, AND .FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAI;IE SHALL TAKE EFFECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana; <br />Section <br />That for the expenses of the Policemen's Pension Fund of said <br />City fo3b the fiscal year ending December 31, 1942, the following sums <br />of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds <br />herein named and for the purpose here specified, subject to the laws <br />governing the same.
