k <br />ORDINANCE N0.G <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A <br />ROLLER BY THE SOUTH BEND CITY STREET DEPARTMINT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1. That the Board of Public Works and Safety and the <br />South Bend City Street Department be, and are hereby authorized <br />to purchase one "Warco Whizzard" Roller from the W. A. Riddel <br />Company, Bucyrus, Ohio, at a price of Three Thousand Four Hun <br />Fifty ($3,450.00) Dollars. As a part of said purchase price, <br />the South Bend City Street Department is further authorized to <br />turn over and deliver to the said seller the old roller of said <br />Department at a trade in value of not less than Two Hundred <br />($200.00) Dollars. <br />Section 2.
