Id t 2nd READIN <br />OOWITTEE OF T <br />FAIC HEARING <br />3rd READING 9 <br />NOT APPMVED <br />REFEIMan 1 <br />r"" P <br />x <br />ORDINANCE N0. 3 � 7 <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SOUTH BEND CITY <br />STREET DEPARTMENT TO SELL PERSONAL PROPERTY. <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend City Street Department have <br />(4) dump trucks which are obsolete and warn, and should <br />tely be disposed of at the best price obtainable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />F THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH <br />BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />ection 1. <br />That the <br />South <br />Bend City Street Department and the <br />Board of Public Works and Safety be, and are hereby authorized <br />to sell and dispose of the following described vehicles: <br />One 1931 Studebaker two ton Dump Truck, Title No. <br />T181450, Serial No. 3450758, Engine No. 3291. <br />One 1937 Studebaker one and one -half ton Dump <br />Truck, Title No T180970, Serial No. TM2 -550, <br />Engine No. 1T13627. <br />One 1931 Studebaker two ton Dump Truck, Title <br />No. T181449, Serial No. 3450755, Engine No. 331. <br />One 1930 Ford One and one -half ton Dump Truck, <br />Title No. T63366, Engine No. 1464813. <br />That said trucks may be sold without an appraisement, <br />it appearing to the Common Council that there are to be four <br />separate, independent sales, and no single truck exceeds in <br />value the sum of One Hundred ($$100.00) Dollars. <br />of Sout� end, Indiana. <br />P sse by a Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />P AV_ , � <br />ana this 'day df September, 1941. <br />Approved and signed by the Mayor this day of <br />September, 1941. <br />v <br />
