Reducing the Appropriation for the Year 1941 Office Supply of the South Bend City Treasurer $210.34

ORDINANCE NO. .3 `Z O I AN ORDINANCE REDUCING TIM APPROPRIATION FOR THE YEAR 1941 OF ACCOUNT NO. D -7, BEING THE OFFICE SUPPLY ACCOUNT OF THE SOUTH BEND CITY TREASURER, IN THE AMOUNT OF $210.34. WHEREAS, heretofore there has been specially appro- priated and transferred to account No. D -9, being the office e ment account of the City Treasurer of the City of South Bend, Indiana, the sum of Eighty and 92/100 (,$"80.92) Dollars, and there has also been specially appropriated and transferred to account No. D -8, being the repair and rental of eauipment account of the South Bend City Treasurer, the sum of One Hundred Twenty-nine and 42/100 ($129.42) Dollars; and WHEREAS, the two aforementioned transfers of money were made from account No. D -7, being the office supply account o] the South Bend City Treasurer; and WHEREAS, it is now desirable to reduce the amount of the appropriation for account No. D -7, being the office supply account of the South Bend City Treasurer, to the extent that the sum of Two Hundred Ten and 34/100 ($210.34) Dollars, as afore- mentioned, has been transferred from the said account No. D -7 to other accounts as aforementioned and specially appropriated. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COHON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, THAT: Section 1. The 1941 appropriation heretofore made for account No. D -7, being the office supply account of the South Bend City Treasurer, be, and the same is hereby reduced in the amount of Two Hundred Ten and 34/100 ($210.34) Dollars.
