OIMINTANCE NO. J4- -3 <br />Indiana: <br />IS <br />BE IT ORDAIM by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Section 1. That the appropriation for current obligations <br />(interest item), which account is known as Account No. 61 in the 1941 <br />Budget of The Department of Public Parks, be reduced in the amount of <br />Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), and said sum of Two Hundred Dollars <br />($200.00) so appropriated be returned to the general fund of the De- <br />partment of Public Parks. <br />Section 2.
