�' <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />Fal1AP.i o � <br />4AIHEREAS, the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, in its 1941 <br />budget failed to appropriate sufficient funds for use of its Department <br />of Public Parks in the purchase of zoo feed needed during the calendar <br />year of 1941, and <br />11EMTTAS, the Department of Public Parks of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, is now without sufficient funds with which to purchase <br />the zoo feed needed during the balance of the calendar year 1941, and <br />WHEREAS, an emergency now exists in respect to these matters, <br />NOW, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1. That the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) <br />be appropriated from the general fund of the Department of Public Parks <br />of the Civil City of South Bend, to the supplies (zoo feed) account of <br />the Department of Public Parks, - known as Budgetary Item No. 383, in the <br />1941 Budget of the Department of Public Parks of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana. <br />Section 2.
