David Kempel, Chief Radio Officer in charge of amateur radio operators, asked the bill not be passed <br />until licensed radio operators were exempted. <br />City Attorney Cristal Brisco said the city administration was willing to cooperate with more discussions. <br />Derek Dieter wrapped up the hearing suggesting a special meeting be scheduled for Monday, May 18th <br />at 5:00 p.m., then continue the bill until the meeting on May 26th. <br />Henry Davis made the appropriate motion, Valerie Schey seconded and all supported. <br />Derek adjourned at 4:30 p.m. <br />Derek Dieter, Chairperson <br />Health & Public Safety Committee <br />
