EXECUTIVE SESSION MARCH 5, 2015 23 <br />The Board of Public Safety met in the Executive Session on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 8:10 a.m. <br />The meeting was held in the Common Council Chamber, 4`h Floor, County City Building, 227 West <br />Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana for the purposes specified in I.C. 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(6)(A). Board <br />President Laura Vasquez and Board Members Eddie Miller, John Collins, Luther Taylor, and Daniel <br />Jones were present. Also present were Hearing Officer Roland Chamblee and Attorneys Tasha <br />Outlaw, Kevin Podlanski, Elizabeth Bemis, and Jolm Kautzman. Board members did not discuss any <br />subject matter other than the subject matter as specified in the Public Notice. Martin, Jerk <br />SPECIAL MEETING MARCH 5.2015 <br />The Board of Public Safety met in a Special Meeting at 8:32 a.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2015 with <br />Board President Laura Vasquez and Board Members Eddie Miller, John Collins, Luther Taylor, and <br />Daniel Jones present. Also present were Hearing Officer Roland Chamblee; Board's Legal Counsel, <br />Kevin Podlanski; Attorneys for David Gnoth, Elizabeth Bemis and John Kautzman; and Attorney <br />Tasha Outlaw. The meeting was held in the Common Council Chambers, 4t" Floor, County City <br />Building, 227 West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />HEARING OF DISCIPLINARY CHARGES DAVID CNOTH <br />This was the date set for the Hearing of the Charges against Patrolman David Gnoth.
