Sample St., <br />South Bend, Indiana for the purposes specified in I.C.5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(6)A). Board President Laura <br />Vasquez and Board Members Eddie Miller, John Collins, Luther Taylor, and Daniel Jones were <br />present. Also present were Police Chief Ronald Teachman, Fire Chief Stephen Cox, and Legal <br />Counsel Tasha Outlaw.
