G. <br />CHRISTMAN CONSTRUCTION Ci PAXY, INC., <br />FOR TBr ERECTION OF A SHOP ADDITION TO <br />THE CENTRAL FIRE STATION OF THE 014ri OF <br />U <br />W6iEF2EAS, the Board of Public Works and Safety asked and <br />received bias for the construction of said Shop Additions to the <br />Central Fire Station of said city$ and <br />WHEREASp an analysis received reveals that the H. 4. <br />Christman Construction Company, Inc., was the lowest and best bid. <br />der °, and <br />WHEREAS, the necessary funds for the construction of said <br />Shop Addition have been previously appropriated$ <br />Now,,thereforep ' be it ordained by the Common Council of <br />the City of South -Bend thatt <br />Section I# The, contract between the City of South Bend <br />and the H. G. Christman Construction Company, Inc.# made and enter- <br />ad into by the said construction company and the Hoard of Public <br />Works and Safety of said ciry be$ and the same is hereby, ratified <br />in the amount of $6944 in accordance with its provisions for addi- <br />tions or deductions, all as appears in the specifications.. <br />Section 2.
