I <br />ORDINANCE N0. ,f�7 6 <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CHARGING OFF <br />OF CERTAIN AMOUNTS FROM THE RECORDS OF <br />THE PARK DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA. <br />WHEREAS, liquidation of the Union Trust Company <br />of South Bend has been completed and the final dividend there- <br />under paid; and, <br />WHEREAS, there was remaining in said depository <br />the amount of $2482.51 credited to the Park Maintenance Fund <br />and the amount of $9210.00 credited to the Park District <br />Fund; and, <br />WHEREAS, the State Board of Accounts has author- <br />ized the foregoing to be charged from the records. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA; THAT: <br />Section 1. The proper officers of the city of <br />South Bend, Indiana, be and the same are hereby authorized to <br />charge from the records of the Park Department or of the Civil <br />City of South Bend the amount of $11,692.51 in accordance <br />with the recitals hereinabove contained. <br />Section 2.
