ORDINANCE NO / <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE APPRAISAL AND SALE OF <br />CERTAIN BARRETT LAW BONDS AND COUPONS AND THE <br />INTEREST OF THE CITY WITH RESPECT THERETO ISSUED BY <br />SAID CITY IN CONNECTION 'PiITH IMPROVEhiENT RESOLUTION <br />NO 2145 <br />BE IT ORDAINED r By the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, that: <br />1. The Judge of St. Joseph Circuit court be requested to ap- <br />point appraisers to appraise the following: <br />Barrett Law bonds and coupons owned by the City of South Bend <br />issued pursuant to Resolution 2145 providing for grade,curb and <br />walk on Thirty -fifth Street from Grand Trunk Western Rail Road <br />to North line of Lots 112 -C and 94 in Belmont Addition to South <br />Bend, Indiana, being all of the City's right,title and interest <br />in and to Assessment Roll No 2383. <br />2. That the proper City authorities be, and the same are hereby <br />authorized to sell, assign, transfer and convey, all the right, title <br />and interest of said City in and to any assessments levied on account <br />of the foregoing bonds and coupons in accordance with statutory re- <br />quirements. <br />3.
