ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS FROM <br />THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY WATER WORKS DE- <br />PARTMENT TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of South <br />Bend, that: <br />1. The amount of Forty Thousand ($409000000) Dollars, be <br />transferred from the General Fund of the City Water Works <br />Department to the General Fund of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana* <br />2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its passage by the Common Council, its proper legal <br />posting, and its approval by the Mayor, subject only to the <br />filing of the proper legal objection thereto. <br />4. <br />J 4 / <br />
