ORDINANCE NO. =� �d b MMPYA.S, the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, in its 1942 budget failed to appropriate sufficient funds for use of its Department of Public Parks in its services contractual and in the purchase of zoo feed needed dur- ing the calendar year of 1942, and WHEREAS, the Department of Public Parks of the City of South Bend, Indiana, is now without sufficient funds with which to pay for its services contractual and to purchase the zoo food needed during the balance of the calendar year of 1942, and Indiana: 10 REAS, an emergency now exists in respect to these matters, NOW BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Section 1. That the sum of Three Hundred and Fifty ($350.00) Dollars be appropriated from the general fund of the Department of Public Parks of the Civil City of South Bend, to the services contractual account of the Department of Public Parks known as Budgetary Item 263, in the 1942 budget of the Depart- ment of Public Parks of the City of South Bend, Indiana. Section 2. That the sum of Four Hundred Fifty ($450.00) Dollars be appropriated.'from the general fund of the Department of Public Parks of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, to the supplies (zoo feed) account of the Department of Public Parks known as Budgetary Item No. 383, in the 1942 budget of the Department of Public Parks of the City of South Bend, Indiana. -�.. re"— �� u on 3.
