Indiana: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 94 9 <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />SECTION 1. That the appropriation for property, other equipment, <br />which account is known as Account No. 726 in the 1942 Budget of the Depart- <br />ment of Public Parks, be reduced in the amount of Three Hundred (9)300.00) <br />Dollars, and said sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars so appropriated be <br />returned to the general fund of the Department of Public Parks. <br />SECTION 2. That the appropriation for materials, equipment, re- <br />pair parts, which account is known as Account No. 451 in the 1942 budget of <br />the Department of Public Parks, be reduced in the amount of Two Hundred <br />($200.00) Dollars, and said sum of Two Hundred (9)200.00) Dollars 'so appro- <br />priated be returned to the general fund of the Department of Public Parks. <br />SECTION 3. That the appropriation for materials, buildings, <br />which account is known as Account No. 41 in the 1942 budget of the Depart- <br />ment of Public Parks, be reduced in the amount of Three Hundred ($300.00) <br />Dollars, and said sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars so appropriated <br />be returned to the general fund of the Department of Public Parks. <br />SECTION 4.
