ORDINANCE NO. - 133 <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TAX LEVY FOR THE YEAR 1943 <br />FOR THEE MUNICIPAL CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />section le Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />That there be and hereby is levied the following amounts for <br />the year 1943 on each One Hundred Dollars (4100.00) of assessed <br />valuation of property in the City of South Bend, Indiana, as <br />fixed by the officers of St. Joseph County and the State of <br />Indiana, for the objects named: <br />For General Fund <br />Park Maintenance Fund <br />Park District Fund <br />Police Pension Fund <br />Firemen's Pension Fund <br />Sinking Fund <br />Hospital Fund <br />Sectioh 2. There shall be levied a Poll Tax of Fifty Cents ($.50) on <br />every male inhabitant of said City, sane and not a pauper, of the age <br />of Twenty -one years and not over the age of Fifty years. <br />Section 3.
