_E3I�TS- ORDINANCE No 6L432- An Ordinance appropriating moneys for the purpose of defraying the expenses of the several departments of the City Government of the City of South. Bend, Tndiana, for the fiscal year beginning January let, 1943, and ending December 31, 1943:, including all out - star.d.i.ng claims and obligations, and fixing a time when the same shall take effect. Section la BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, That for the expenses of the City* Government and its institution-, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1°43, the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funas herein named and_ for the purposes herein specified, subject to the burs governing the same. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to in- clude all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless expressly stipulated and. provided by law.
