ORDIILA*TCE NO.` <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FCR THE <br />PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE <br />CITY PLAN COMMISSION C` THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BaTD,INDIAEA,FOR Ti`E FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING <br />JANUARY 1,1943 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,1943, <br />INCLUDING ALL CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS AND <br />FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1: <br />That for the expenses of the City Plan Commission for the fiscal <br />year ending December 31,1943, the following sums of money are hereby appro- <br />priated and ordered set apart out of the funds herein named and for the <br />purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same.
