It is designed to be a positive tool to aid you in your job with <br />the Company. The policies and procedures presented in this manual shall be in effect <br />until changed by the President or General Manager of the Company. If it is necessary to <br />make changes, employees will be notified, in writing, of those changes and their effective <br />date. Any policy, procedure, or questions not covered in this manual will be considered <br />and a decision rendered by the President or General Manager of the Company. Employees who do not <br />have a separate, individual written employment contract are employed at the will of the <br />Company and are subject to termination at any time, for any reason, with or without <br />cause or notice.
