ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE <br />OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE CITY PLAN COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL <br />YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1945 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, <br />1945, INCLUDING ALL CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS AND FIXING <br />A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C018I0N COUNCIL OF the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the expenses of the City Plan Commission for the fiscal <br />year ending December 31, 1945, the following sums of money are hereby <br />appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds herein named and <br />for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the <br />same. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expendi- <br />tures authorized to be made during the year, unless otherwise expressly <br />stipulated and provided by law. <br />SECTION II. That for the fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out <br />of the City Plan Commission Fund of said City, the following: <br />Services - Personal <br />Salaries & Wages, regular <br />Draftsman 2070.00 <br />Seely. to Commission 330.00 <br />4� 2460.00 <br />Services - Contractual <br />Supplies <br />Postage 20.00 20.00 <br />Printing & Office Supplies 500.00 500.00 <br />TOTAL 2920.00 <br />SECTION III.
