The amount of $150.00 is hereby transferred from the <br />Street and Traffic Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Budgetary <br />Account No. 5214 - Telephone and Telegraph, and the said amount is appropriated <br />for the uses and purposes of said account. <br />5.
