ORDINANCE NO. WHEREAS, certain accounts of certain departments of the City of South Bend do not have sufficient funds for the budgetary year 1944, and, WHEREAS, there is a public need for the proper functioning of said departments. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that: 1. The amount of $500.00 is hereby transferred from the General Funds of the City of South Bend, to the budgetary account No. H251A - Repair of Buildings, and the said amount is appropriated for the uses and purposes of said account. 2. The amount of $50.00 is hereby transferred from the General Funds of the City of South Bend, to the budgetary account No. N216 - Building Department - travel expenses, and the said amount is appropriated for the uses and purposes of said account. 3. The amount of $225.00 is hereby transferred from the General Funds of the City of South Bend to the budgetary account No. Q222 - Electrical Current, and the said amount is appropriated for the uses and purposes of said account. 4. The amount of $75.00 is hereby transferred from the General Funds of the City of South Bend to the budgetary account No. 4321 - Coal, and the said amount is appropriated for the uses and purposes of said account. - 1 -
