me <br />WHEREAS, said contract is now submitted to the <br />Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for its <br />due approval by ordinance; <br />SECTION 1. BE IT THEREFORE AND IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED <br />by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana that <br />the foregoing contract made and entered into on the 17 day <br />of July, 1944, between the said City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />by and through its Board of Public Works, and Indiana & <br />Michigan Electric Company, its successors and assigns, be and <br />the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and <br />approved. <br />SECTION 2.
