ORDINANCE NO.%3•�7'71X <br />N <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF CO o0 <br />$24@g@0 FROM THE ACCOUNT IDENTIFIED <br />AS E5 IN THE CITY'S LEDGER OF DISBURSEMENTS, BEING FURTHER IDENTIFIED <br />AS THE SPECIAL JUDGE FUND IN THE APPROPRIATION FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF <br />CITY JUDGE TO THE ACCOUNT IDENTIFIED AS E4 IN THE CITY'S LEDGER OF <br />DISBURSEMENTS, BEING FURTHER IDENTIFIED AS THE JUDGE PRO TEM FUND IN THE <br />APPROPRIATION FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF CITY JUDGE AND APPROPRIATING THE SAID <br />SUM IN USE IN PAYMENT OF JUDGES PRO TEM. <br />BE IT ORDAINTED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION 1. That there be and there is hereby transferred the sum of two <br />-7)e //� /�'J 300 00 <br />Yes ($-9. 0) from the account identified as E5 in the city's ledger of <br />disbursements, being further identified as a special judge fund in the appropriation <br />for the department of City Judge to the account identified as E4 in the Cityts <br />ledger of disbursements, being further identified as the Judge Pro Tern fund, in <br />the appropriation for the Department of City Judge and appropriating the said sum <br />for use in the payment of judges Pro Tem. <br />SECTION 11.
