ORDINANCE NO. c <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT FOR WARE- <br />HOUSE ERECTION BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND THE <br />WORK PROJECTS ADMINISTRATION. <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend that: <br />Section 1. The proper officers of the City of South <br />Bend are hereby authorized to enter into and execute an:.ease- <br />ment for warehouse erection with the Work Projects Administration, <br />and by said instrument grant the right and authority to erect, <br />or cause to be erected, a building of 1,440 sq. ft., more or less, <br />and to use 600 sq. ft. additional as yard space on the following <br />described real estate, in the City of South Bend, County of St. <br />Joseph, State of Indiana: <br />A part of the South a of Section 1, Township 37 <br />North, Range 2 East. <br />Section 2. The aforesaid easement shall be temporary <br />in nature and shall provide for the cancellation of all rights <br />on thirty days notice, in writing, and shall provide for the <br />protection of the City of South Bend against any and all lia- <br />bility or Cost. <br />Section 3.
